亮菌口服液辅助治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效观察

[摘要] 目的 研究亮菌口服液辅助治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效。 方法 选择笔者所在医院2010年9月～2011年9月住院的60例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予亮菌口服液，配合常规治疗如微生态制剂、光疗等；对照组仅给予常规治疗。 结果 治疗组血清总胆红素、直接胆红素较对照组降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 亮菌口服液辅助治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效显著。
