拓扑替康第1、8天用药联合奈达铂治疗复发小细胞肺癌的临床观察(2)

采用拓扑替康与奈达铂联系用药能够对一线化疗敏感患者的较为显著。患者在接受该方案治疗后能够改善身体状况，缓解病情症状，对治疗小细胞肺癌具有积极的治疗意义。值得在治疗复发性小细胞肺癌临床治疗中推广使用，但需要同时防止血液学毒性[9-10]。
