     [摘要]目的 研究血管生长抑制素(AS)和微血管密度(MVD)在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床应用价值。 方法 增生期子宫内膜组，子宫内膜增殖症组，子宫内膜癌组各30例，采用免疫组织化学法检测其子宫内膜组织中AS及MVD的表达结果。 结果 (1)子宫内膜癌组与增生期子宫内膜组、子宫内膜增殖症组间MVD、AS间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；(2)血管抑素与MVD的表达有相关性(rs=0.706，P<0.05)。结论 AS和MVD在子宫内膜癌的发生发展中起到重要作用，可以考虑将它们看做子宫内膜癌的潜在侵袭性方面的肿瘤标志物，作为抗肿瘤治疗的新靶标。
