To sum up，the curative effect of compound glucocorticoid on curing the HSP children is definite. Its mechanism of action is possibly related to regulating peripheral blood T cell subset， inhibiting excessive activation state of Th2 and Th17 and lowering the proinflammatory cytokines IL-4 and IL-17. However， due to its little side effect，it is the first choice for those who can not tolerate side effect of hormone or the patients whoose parents refuse to use glucocorticoid.
