     [摘要] 目的 评价头孢丙烯治疗急性呼吸道感染的临床疗效与安全性。方法 急性呼吸道感染病例160例随机分成2组，头孢丙烯组80例，头孢呋辛酯组80例，疗程均为7～10d。结果 头孢丙烯和头孢呋辛酯治疗呼吸道感染的有效率分别是92.5%及93.8%。细菌清除率分别为91.5%及91.7%，不良反应发生率分别为8.8%、7.5%，两组差异比较均无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论 头孢丙烯用于治疗急性呼吸道感染安全有效，副作用小，可以在临床推广使用。
