[摘要] 目的 探析沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)的临床疗效。 方法 将我院2011年12月～2013年3月收治的60例COPD患者作为研究对象，分为试验组和对照组各30例，两组患者在接受常规治疗的同时，试验组患者增加沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松的治疗。通过对比两组患者治疗前后的圣乔治呼吸问卷评分结论 丙酸治疗COPD能够改善患者的肺功能，提高患者生活质量。
