[摘要] 针对医院感染管理现状，通过健全组织机构，独立设处，建立规章制度，规范感染管理与质量控制，合理使用抗菌药物，加强医院感染预防控制知识培训、重点科室的督查管理和各部门之间的协调、注重医院感染管理团队建设、提高感染管理专职队伍管理水平等方法，提高了医护人员对医院感染管理重要性的认识，使医院感染管理制度与措施得以落实，从而有效控制了医院感染率。
