【摘 要】 目的：探讨64层螺旋CT在妇科肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法：选取2017年8月至2018年12月本院收治的肿瘤患者60例进行CT和B超检查，将检查结果与最终病理检查结果相比较，对检查结果进行评价。结果：CT检查妇科肿瘤定位准确率为91.7%，明显好于B超检查(P<0.05)。结论：CT检查妇科肿瘤准确率高。
